Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated May 2, 2026. These terms describe the basic rules for using the Credit Orchard website, intake flow, customer dashboard, and partner inquiry pages.
Platform role
Credit Orchard provides customer-controlled technology, intake, case organization, customer communication, educational workflows, document-preparation support, and referral coordination. Credit Orchard does not provide legal services directly, and attorney partners remain responsible for their own professional services and obligations.
AI and automation
Credit Orchard may use AI-assisted tools to parse report data, classify issue types, summarize case information, recommend workflow steps, and prepare internal drafts. AI output is not legal, financial, lending, or credit advice, and sensitive file steps remain subject to customer approval, authorization, review, and applicable service requirements.
No guaranteed outcomes
Credit file, credit score changes, item report change, business readiness, third-party decisions, timing, and legal outcomes depend on individual circumstances, available evidence, third-party responses, applicable law, and partner review. No specific result is guaranteed.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing required disclosures, signing needed authorizations, submitting requested documents through secure workflows, and keeping contact information current so the case can move forward.
SMS account notifications
If you provide your phone number and separately opt in to SMS messages, Credit Orchard may send customer-care and account notification texts about onboarding, authorization, report access, dashboard activity, account status, billing notices, and support follow-ups. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Service boundaries
The website may describe available workflows, plans, and partner paths. System access may begin after checkout. Sensitive file-action steps do not begin until the required agreement, disclosures, authorization, payment terms, customer approval, and review requirements for that service are completed.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing their own information, deciding whether to use prepared materials, and confirming that any information submitted by or for them is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
Partner services
Attorney, referral, and service partners are independent providers. Their decisions, agreements, requirements, fees, duties, and professional responsibilities are governed by their own terms and applicable rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use Credit Orchard to submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the platform, access another customer case, or upload materials that you do not have permission to provide.
