One calm review
Three reports become one clean case.
The customer sees one organized set of findings—not three downloads, three naming systems, and three disconnected lists.
4 cross-bureau conflicts · 2 identity signals · 2 accurate-negative recovery routes
The whole product
Connect. Confirm. Send.
The system handles the report work. The customer handles the few facts only they can know.
- 01
Connect all three reports
One consumer-authorized connection brings Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion into the private case. No downloading, renaming, or uploading three separate files.
- 02
Run the legal and data-quality sweep
Credit Orchard matches accounts across bureaus, tests relevant reporting and response facts, and separates real dispute candidates from accurate-negative recovery work.
- 03
Approve the strongest route
Answer one clear factual question per item. Credit Orchard prepares digital guidance or a tracked paper packet, then waits for your approval.

Credit-law issue spotting
Every harmful entry gets the right legal and factual test.
The sweep uses federal rules as issue-spotting criteria, preserves the proof needed for escalation, and avoids weak, repetitive, or frivolous submissions. It does not replace a lawyer or invent a violation.
Accuracy and completeness
Ownership, status, balance, limit, payment history, dates, liability, and internally contradictory fields.
Cross-bureau conflicts
The same account reporting materially different facts, duplicate collections, mixed files, and possible reinsertions.
Aging and obsolescence
The date of first delinquency, reporting-period rules, bankruptcy timing, and signs that an account may have been re-aged.
Identity-theft route
Unrecognized information is separated from confirmed identity theft so the four-business-day blocking route is used only when its required records exist.
Collector conduct
Validation-notice timing, pre-furnishing contact, original-creditor information, dispute status, and collection records are checked separately from bureau accuracy.
Investigation failures
Prior submissions, delivery, deadlines, results, procedure requests, reinsertion notices, and genuinely new evidence stay in one escalation record.
Route by evidence
Paper by default when the record matters. Digital when it is genuinely simpler.
A portal is fast, but it can compress a detailed dispute into a category and a small text box. A signed tracked packet can preserve the specific facts, relevant records, dates, and proof of delivery. Credit Orchard recommends the route item by item.
Tracked paper packet
- Specific signed factual narrative
- Relevant evidence stays attached
- Proof of delivery and dates
- Best for repeated or multi-document issues
Customer-controlled digital
- Faster initial delivery
- Immediate confirmation when available
- Best for clear portal-supported fields
- Customer keeps bureau credentials private
Built for credible disputes
A high-success process is specific, documented, and honest.
- Use every supported protection.Accuracy, aging, identity-theft, collector, investigation, and reinsertion issues stay distinct so the strongest real route is not missed.
- No copy-paste dispute rounds.Every action is tied to a named field, factual basis, relevant evidence, and the recipient that actually has the duty.
- No false shortcuts.A data breach alone does not erase an account, and unrecognized information is not labeled identity theft until the customer truthfully confirms it and supplies the required record.
Start with the facts
See the case before you decide what to send.
Creating the account and reviewing the sweep are free. Any paid mail cycle is separately authorized, does not auto-renew, and is charged only after the completed mailing batch is accepted.
Straight answers
What the tool can—and cannot—do.
Can Credit Orchard remove everything negative?+
No honest service can promise that. Accurate and current negative information generally cannot be removed just because it hurts. Credit Orchard focuses disputes on information that is inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, outdated, unverifiable, or not yours, and routes accurate negatives to lawful recovery options.
Does checking all three reports hurt my score?+
The planned connection is a consumer-permissioned report access flow, not a credit application. The contracted provider must confirm the inquiry treatment before production activation.
Is digital or certified mail better?+
Credit Orchard recommends the route per issue. A simple portal-supported correction may move fastest online. Complex, repeated, identity-theft, or evidence-heavy disputes are usually better suited to a signed tracked packet with a complete paper trail.
Does the system send disputes automatically?+
No. The sweep organizes possible issues and prepares the appropriate route. The customer confirms the facts and approves every item before anything is submitted or mailed.
