When is my card charged?+
After every included packet passes automated checks, you authorize the cycle amount. Credit Orchard then submits the packets for standard mailing and captures the authorized amount only after the mailing provider accepts them all.
What if a bureau asks for more information?+
Upload the response and confirm what was requested. When additional correspondence is needed, you can separately authorize a $79 Bureau Follow-Up Cycle covering evidence organization and a completed mail-ready supplemental packet.
Does every dispute lead to a deletion or score increase?+
No. Results depend on the underlying facts, records, bureau investigation, and furnisher response. The service fee covers completed work, not a particular credit outcome.
