Website Terms

These terms govern the Credit Orchard website and workspace. Your counsel-approved, signed credit-services agreement and notices govern any paid service and control if they conflict with these website terms.

Operator

Credit Orchard is a Michai Media project operated by Midwest Auto & Commerce LLC, located at 3407 S Jefferson Ave, St. Louis, Missouri 63118.

Educational and workspace use

Public education and strategy tools are general information, not legal advice, lender advice, or a promise of results. You may dispute inaccurate credit information yourself for free. The workspace helps organize factual issues and supporting records, but you remain responsible for truthfulness, approval, and customer-controlled external submissions.

Permitted use

Use the service only for your own information or for information you are legally authorized to manage. Do not submit false identity-theft claims, knowingly dispute accurate information as inaccurate, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse provider systems, or use another person's identity.

Optional monitoring

Orchard Watch monitoring, when available, is provided under the identified monitoring provider's separate enrollment, pricing, authorization, privacy, renewal, and cancellation terms. It is optional and is not required to purchase a Credit Orchard repair cycle. Canceling or deleting a Credit Orchard case does not by itself cancel a separately purchased provider subscription.

Service, pricing, and payment

No payment is required to create an account or review a strategy. Paid cycle pricing and the exact completion event are disclosed before authorization in the signed agreement. Charges do not renew automatically. The payment flow remains locked until completed work is recorded and shown to you.

Customer approval and providers

Software may generate plans, drafts, reminders, and status updates. Identity verification, agreements, payment, official portal access, correspondence approval, and any action with legal or financial consequences require the applicable customer or operator authorization. Provider availability can affect delivery.

No guarantee

Credit Orchard does not promise a deletion, score increase, approval, funding amount, interest rate, or timeline. Accurate and current negative information generally cannot be removed merely because it is negative.

Cancellation

You may exercise the cancellation rights in your signed agreement through the secure workspace, the cancellation page, or written notice to cancel@creditorchard.com. The signed agreement and dated notice control any statutory deadline or refund.
