Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You agree to provide accurate information, protect access to your sign-in email, and promptly notify us of unauthorized account activity. You may use the service only for yourself or a business you are authorized to represent.

Credit Orchard helps review consumer reports, identify potential inaccuracies or other supportable issues, prepare communications, and track responses. We do not promise to remove accurate and current information, raise a score by a certain amount, obtain a deletion, or secure credit approval. You can dispute inaccurate information yourself for free directly with credit bureaus and furnishers.

You must review facts and documents for accuracy. You may not ask us to submit false statements, fabricated identity-theft claims, altered records, or disputes you know lack a good-faith basis. We may pause or terminate work that appears false, abusive, or unlawful.

Credit Orchard is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. A funding inquiry is a request for a possible match with independent brokers, ISOs, or lenders. No approval, amount, rate, repayment term, product, or timing is guaranteed. Submitting our intake form does not itself create a hard credit inquiry; a partner may later request separate authorization for a credit check as part of underwriting.

Review all disclosures and costs before accepting financing. A lender or broker is responsible for its own offer, underwriting, disclosures, servicing, and compliance.

Automated tools assist with extraction, issue spotting, drafting, and matching. They can make mistakes. Credit Orchard is not a law firm, credit bureau, financial adviser, or tax adviser, and platform output is not legal, financial, or tax advice. Independent attorneys and lenders are responsible for their own services.

Any consumer credit-repair fees, service timing, billing conditions, and cancellation rights are stated in the Credit Services Agreement and checkout disclosures. Credit repair fees are not charged before the contracted service is performed. Funding applications do not carry an application fee from Credit Orchard; third-party financing costs may apply if you accept an offer.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, access another person's data, upload malware, scrape the platform at scale, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

Features may change, and service may be unavailable in some states or for some users. Except for obligations that cannot legally be disclaimed, the website and general platform are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Orchard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the general website or platform. These limits do not waive rights or remedies that cannot be waived under federal or state consumer law. The signed Credit Services Agreement contains the terms that govern disputes about consumer credit-repair services.
