For FCRA / consumer-protection attorneys

Documented FCRA escalations,
organized for attorney review.

Credit Orchard handles fact-based dispute workflows for consumers. When the record shows continued inaccurate reporting, inadequate investigation, and documented harm, we can organize the correspondence and introduce the consumer to an independent FCRA attorney. The attorney decides whether to accept the matter and sets the engagement terms directly with the consumer.

What escalation partners get.

Structured review packets

Available records can include the dispute timeline, bureau responses, supporting documents, reported harm, correspondence, and an AI-assisted issue summary for attorney review.

Focused intake

We handle the dispute-stage workflow. A matter is introduced only when the available record suggests a continuing reporting problem and documented harm worth independent counsel reviewing.

Your engagement terms

The attorney independently decides whether to accept a matter and contracts directly with the consumer. Any referral or fee arrangement must comply with applicable law and professional-conduct rules.

We keep the consumer

After the lawsuit settles or resolves, the consumer stays with Credit Orchard for ongoing credit monitoring + any future disputes. You focus on litigation, we handle the long-term relationship.

State-by-state matching

We route to attorneys admitted in the consumer's state. Build your jurisdiction coverage with us over time.

Good-faith referrals only

Our workflow is designed around CROA requirements and fact-based disputes, not bulk lead generation. We do not represent that a packet is a viable claim; counsel makes that judgment.

How referrals work.

1

Intro call (15 min)

You tell us about your FCRA litigation practice, your typical fee structure, your jurisdictions. We explain our dispute workflow and what a referral packet looks like. No commitment.

2

Simple referral agreement

Any referral agreement is reviewed for the applicable jurisdictions and ethics rules. The consumer signs a separate engagement agreement with you directly.

3

Cases flow when they escalate

Most consumers never need a lawyer — disputes work through the bureau process. But when we see continued violations + real damages, we compile the packet and introduce the consumer to you.

4

You run the litigation

Your retainer, your fee structure, your bar rules. We send our case notes + bureau correspondence. You take it from there.

5

Consumer stays with us after

Post-litigation, the consumer stays on Credit Orchard for ongoing credit health. You're free of the long-term relationship unless you want it.

Who we're looking for.

Good fit

  • • Solo or small firm (1-10 attorneys)
  • • 3+ years FCRA, FDCPA, or consumer-protection experience
  • • NACA member or values-aligned practice
  • • Hungry for high-quality inbound pipeline
  • • Capacity for 50-200 new consumer clients in year 1
  • • Comfortable adopting new technology in your practice

Not a fit

  • • Pure transactional or corporate practices (no consumer work)
  • • Firms with no capacity (we respect your time — won't send more than you can handle)
  • • Any attorney under state bar disciplinary review
  • • Volume shops that prioritize signing clients over winning disputes

A note from the founder

"The credit system in this country is systematically broken for 100+ million people. Credit repair has been dominated by predators for decades. I'm building Credit Orchard because I believe AI plus good lawyers plus mission-locked structure is the cleanest way to fix it. If you're a lawyer who's tired of seeing clients get exploited by Lexington-style shops — let's talk."
