For professionals serving business owners

Refer through a tracked, consent-based process.

Credit Orchard gives a business owner one inquiry and a clear explanation of what partner comparison can—and cannot—mean. Compensation, when permitted, is defined by a signed agreement and applies only to eligible funded transactions.

Potential referral relationships

A useful handoff protects the client relationship.

Accountants and bookkeepers

Help clients prepare clean records and make a consent-based introduction when a financing question is outside your role.

Insurance and benefits professionals

Offer a documented next step when a business client asks about capital—not a product promise.

Franchise and commercial advisers

Connect new or expanding operators with a structured inquiry and clear offer-review expectations.

Business coaches and consultants

Keep strategy work separate from financing decisions while giving clients an organized route to explore.

Banking and payments professionals

Provide an additional comparison path when your institution or product does not fit, subject to employer rules.

Attorneys and other professionals

Make introductions only within applicable professional, referral, privacy, and conflict requirements.

Commercial clarity

No public payout promises.

Product availability, transaction economics, referral eligibility, payment timing, and legal restrictions vary. Those details belong in the executed agreement—not a marketing estimate.

Written schedule

Any compensation formula, exclusions, timing, and documentation requirements are stated in the signed agreement.

Eligible outcomes only

A tracked introduction does not earn compensation unless the written agreement and applicable law make the outcome eligible.

Traceable attribution

The referral code remains attached to the inquiry record so the source can be reconciled without relying on memory.

Client choice protected

The business owner is not required to accept an offer, and actual lender or broker disclosures control.

How a relationship begins

Four steps before a referral program is active.

01

Fit conversation

Discuss the client base, role boundaries, expected workflow, contact permissions, and any professional restrictions.

02

Written terms

Complete appropriate review of attribution, compensation, privacy, data use, termination, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.

03

Tracked introduction

Use the issued route only after the relationship is active. The business owner completes and authorizes the inquiry directly.

04

Reconciliation

Review status and any eligible outcome under the agreement. Credit Orchard does not promise volume or funded results.

Common questions

Know the boundaries first.

Does Credit Orchard charge an inquiry fee?

No. Credit Orchard does not charge the business owner a fee to submit the initial funding inquiry. Actual financing may include lender or broker costs disclosed in the written offer.

Is a referral an endorsement or approval?

No. The introduction starts a comparison process. Participating independent partners control their underwriting, disclosures, offers, and servicing.

Can I promise a product, amount, rate, or timing?

No. Product fit and outcomes depend on the applicant, partner, current criteria, and actual underwriting.

Is the relationship exclusive?

Only if a signed agreement says so. The public program does not promise exclusivity, volume, compensation, or a particular outcome.
