Voluntary live customer pilot

Help prove the whole workflow with your rights intact.

A consenting customer can help Credit Orchard verify the real path from enrollment through report review, approvals, mailing, responses, and billing evidence. Joining never removes the protections built into the normal service.

Read the exact pilot terms before signing in.

The signed-in page records the version, exact text, time, account, and typed signature. You can withdraw through that page before pilot mailing is dispatched.

OPTIONAL LIVE PILOT PARTICIPATION CONSENT
Credit Orchard — Version 1.0 — July 17, 2026

Participation is voluntary and separate from the Credit Orchard service agreement. Declining or
withdrawing from the pilot does not remove ordinary account access, change the stated service price,
waive any consumer right, or affect the three-business-day cancellation period.

If I join, I authorize Credit Orchard to treat one actual service cycle as a live operational pilot.
Credit Orchard may observe the workflow state and operational metadata it already needs to provide
the service, verify that required approvals and safety gates worked, contact me for feedback, and
retain a redacted pilot result for compliance and quality evidence.

This consent does not authorize Credit Orchard to publish my identity, credit report, account data,
mailing address, payment information, signature, or supporting records. It does not authorize a
charge, mailing, dispute, privacy decision, legal claim, or configuration change without the same
separate approvals and protections that apply outside the pilot.

I may withdraw before a pilot mailing is dispatched by using the withdrawal control in my account or
contacting support@creditorchard.com. A withdrawal stops new pilot observation and pilot outreach; it
does not erase records that Credit Orchard must retain for security, legal, transaction, or regulatory
purposes. Ordinary privacy-request rights remain available under the Privacy Policy.

The pilot is not a promise of a deletion, score change, approval, refund, compensation, or timeline.
If a safety, consent, billing, mailing, privacy, or accuracy concern appears, Credit Orchard may stop
the pilot and preserve the minimum evidence needed to investigate it.

Interested without committing?

Creating an account and reading the consent does not enroll you, authorize service, or create a charge. The pilot begins only after you affirmatively sign the separate consent and complete the ordinary service gates.
